Thank you for shopping with Black Swan Society. This shipping policy outlines our practices regarding order processing, shipping methods, delivery timeframes, and other important information to ensure your order reaches you smoothly.
Order Processing
- Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.
- Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST may be processed the following business day.
- You will receive an order confirmation email shortly after placing your order.
Shipping Methods & Carriers
- Black Swan Society primarily ships via USPS for all domestic and UPS for international orders.
- Upon request, we can arrange shipping through DHL, UPS or FedEx. Please contact our customer service team at support@blackswansociety.com before completing your order if you prefer these carriers.
- Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination address, package weight, and selected shipping method at checkout.

- Package weight and dimensions
- Selected shipping method
For an estimate of shipping costs, you can add items to your cart and enter your shipping address at checkout before completing your purchase.
Delivery Timeframes
Domestic Shipping (United States):
- Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
- Priority Shipping: 2-3 business days
- Express Shipping: 1-2 business days (where available)
International Shipping:
- Standard International: 7-21 business days
- Priority International: 5-10 business days
Please note that these timeframes are estimates and not guarantees. Actual delivery times may vary based on carrier processing, customs clearance, and local delivery conditions.
Tracking Information
- You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order ships.
- You can track your package using the link provided in the shipping confirmation email.
- If you have not received tracking information within 5 business days of your order, please contact customer service at orders@blackswansociety.com.
International Shipping
For international orders, please note:
- The recipient is responsible for all duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by the destination country.
- Black Swan Society is not responsible for delays due to customs processing.
- Some countries have restrictions on shipping perfumes and fragrances. Please check your local regulations before placing an order.
- We cannot ship to P.O. boxes for international addresses.
Address Accuracy
- Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout.
- Black Swan Society is not responsible for orders delayed or returned due to incorrect address information.
- If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at orders@blackswansociety.com. We will try to accommodate changes if the order has not been processed, but cannot guarantee changes once an order has shipped.
Shipping Restrictions
- We cannot ship to P.O. boxes for orders containing alcohol-based perfumes.
- Some products may be restricted from shipping to certain locations due to local regulations regarding alcohol content or other ingredients.
- Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and other U.S. territories may require additional shipping time.

You can check the status of your order by:

- Using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email

Shipping Delays

- Carrier delays

- High volume periods (holidays, product launches)
- Customs processing for international orders
We will make every effort to notify customers of any known shipping delays that may affect their order.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package appears to be lost or damaged during transit:
- Check the tracking information to confirm current status
- Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number
- Notify Black Swan Society at support@blackswansociety.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date
We will work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue according to our separate Returns & Exchanges Policy.
