Returns & Exchanges Policy

Thank you for shopping with Black Swan Society. We want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our returns and exchanges policy outlined below.
Order Cancellations
Order cancellations are accepted within two (2) hours of purchase. After this timeframe, orders enter our processing system and cannot be canceled.
To request a cancellation within the eligible timeframe, please email orders@blackswansociety.com with your order number in the subject line.
Damaged Products
We will replace items that are defective or damaged upon arrival if you notify us within three (3) days of delivery.
To request a replacement for a damaged item, please:
- Email support@blackswansociety.com with your order number
- Include a detailed description of the damage
- Attach clear photographs showing the damage
- In some cases, we may request that you return the damaged item
Please note:
- You are responsible for return shipping costs
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
- If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund amount
Lost or Stolen Packages
Black Swan Society is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after the carrier has confirmed delivery. However, if a package is lost during transit (before delivery confirmation), we will work with the carrier to locate it or process a replacement.
If you believe your package is lost in transit, please contact us at support@blackswansociety.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
Fragrance Returns
Due to the personal nature of fragrances and their interaction with individual body chemistry, we cannot accept returns on opened or used fragrance products. Fragrances often develop differently over time and with repeated wear, so we encourage customers to experience their chosen scent through several wearings.
Unopened Products
Unopened products in their original sealed packaging may be returned within 7 days of delivery. A 15% restocking fee will apply to all unopened returns.
To initiate a return for an unopened product:
- Email support@blackswansociety.com with your order number and reason for return
- Wait for our return authorization and shipping instructions
- Package the item securely in its original packaging
- Ship to the address provided in our return authorization
- Include a copy of your receipt or order confirmation
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after processing.
You will receive an email notification when your refund has been processed.
Exchanges
For eligible exchanges (damaged items or authorized unopened product exchanges), once your returned item is received, we will ship your replacement product. You will receive tracking information when your replacement item ships.
